A warm and welcoming space for a dream vacation. This has been In Out Studio Architecture and Interior Design atelier’s main objective when designing the model house for a holiday resort in Monte León, south of Gran Canaria.
“We do not believe in style“, explains Nayra Iglesias, “when we design vacation resorts, we think of spaces closely linked to their surroundings, seeking that the client enjoys a memorable and endearing experience at the same time, a symbiosis between show and relaxation. ”
The villa is defined by having natural lighting in all rooms on two levels. In the basement, there are two suite bedrooms and a bar, while on the ground floor we find the master suite with bathroom and dressing room, a spectacular open space with living room – dining room – kitchen, and an office.
Outside the villa, we have a dining room, solarium, garden, and swimming pool.
The master suite bedroom is a cozy, bright, and relaxed space with a privileged view of the garden. There is also a reading area and direct access to the bathroom and dressing area.
In all the rooms of this project, you will find art elements specially selected by the studio to provide calm and differentiation.
Organic and ecological materials such as wood and eco-cement cladding have been used to shape the master bedroom. In the central part, has been incorporated a three-dimensional headboard with undulations made with resin and recycled material from Vessel by Tattoo.
The lighting of the rest area is made up of two suspended lamps like rain. An elegant and simple solution for lighting of the bedside tables.

Nature is the absolute key element of this project. A spectacular setting that is enhanced in the bathroom with a monumental stone sink that places the client in front of the views.
Natural materials in neutral colors such as micro cement, ceramic, wood, and stone are mixed with the bronze finishes of the taps and metal profiles, adding a touch of sophistication to the design, combining tradition and contemporary.
The bathroom of the master suite has a water area with a shower and freestanding bathtub, both oriented to enjoy the views and with maximum privacy.
A 20 m2 dressing room and mini-bar complete the room to serve the master suite.
This project is an example of a new concept of luxury, understanding it as enjoying more open, exclusive, welcoming, and unforgettable spaces.
One more example of In Out Studio’s search to create innovative concepts that do not lose the essence of comfort and functionality.
