Loft interior design for an urban and cosmopolitan life in the center of Madrid
An open-plan space, for a contemporary and urban lifestyle. That’s the designing and decorating purpose design by architect and interior designer Nayra Iglesias to this loft located in the center of Madrid.
“From the beginning, the idea “, explains Iglesias, “has been created a current design apartment that would be as functional, cozy and sophisticated as possible, and achieve an aesthetic full of different textures and contrasts”. This is how they opted for material as brick, stoneware, brass, wood, and vinyl flooring, in this almost 120ms loft with”U-shape” plan.
We get, instead of out of tune, a harmony and a balance of materials, in a vibrant and delicate atmosphere, that has been finished off with an eclectic decoration combining design furniture, some vintage pieces and other industrial-look elements, that add value in a predominantly feminine and chic environment, the same as the studio’s recognized and characterized style.
