Premio al mejor espacio contract Marbella Design 2020

[:es]El novedoso concepto de suite de hotel LE SUD SUITE diseñado por Nayra Iglesias y su equipo, ha sido elegido como el Mejor Espacio Contract en la feria internacional Marbella Design, que se celebró del 24 de Septiembre al 3 de Octubre.

Una feria de interiorismo, diseño y alta decoración por la que han pasado más de 8000 visitantes y que este año, además, contaba con el atractivo de celebrarse junto a la feria de arte ‘ART MARBELLA’ en la «Ciudad de Artistas», diseñada por Alfonso Castellón, en el Palacio de Congresos de Marbella.

El jurado que ha otorgado el premio estaba formado por arquitectos de excepción: Hugo Torrico, Carlos Lamas, Ismael Mérida, Miguel Tobal, Gustavo Gómez Huete y Juan Manuel Aragón.

La vuelta a los orígenes en un marco de contemporaneidad es el manifiesto del interiorismo de un nuevo y sorprendente concepto de suite diseñada por In Out Studio.

LE SUD SUITE nace de una reflexión muy personal de Nayra Iglesias, directora del estudio, sobre el momento actual : “La madre Tierra nos está avisando de que tenemos que cambiar la forma en que vivimos y, en consecuencia, debemos redirigir la forma en la que diseñamos.”

Este espacio de 20 m2 es la combinación de sostenibilidad y modernidad, una pequeña pero completa demostración de que hay otra manera de diseñar, de generar un diálogo entre dos mundos que parecen opuestos como la ecología y la tecnología.

Un lenguaje visual y formal utilizado para resolver las necesidades de confort y lujo de una suite de hotel y que ha sido creado a partir de la contraposición de materiales con una base de color terracota, estrechamente vinculado a las raíces africanas del estudio.

La materialización de este espectacular espacio es posible gracias a Tattoo, empresa contract que ha asumido en tiempo récord la instalación, logística y coordinación de todas las empresas participantes mientras que la producción y construcción de toda la carpintería del espacio ha sido desarrollada íntegramente por Modifase, empresa experta en mobiliario contract de lujo.

La entrada al espacio se produce a través de dos pórticos clásicos en piedra que enmarcan la suite desde el exterior. El material elegido para dar forma a estos singulares elementos es el Dekton Laurent de Cosentino que aúna naturaleza y modernidad utilizando la piedra natural Port Laurent, de un color único en el mundo por su complejidad y belleza.

El interior de la suite se divide en dos áreas diferenciadas. El primer espacio orientado al descanso está presidido con una espectacular cama y cabecero orgánico, en el que también se encuentra un rincón de lectura y otro de trabajo. En la segunda zona se concentra el núcleo del baño y el vestidor.

Revestimientos de diferentes texturas en colores naturales como la terracota, forman las pieles de esta habitación de hotel y la convierten en un espacio sorprendente en el que materiales contrapuestos hablan el mismo lenguaje al disponerlos como si de una unión de estratos se tratara.

El primer estrato, lo primitivo, es el suelo continuo en materiales naturales mientras que el último, lo moderno, es el techo en paneles metalizados; siendo en el estrato intermedio de elementos verticales donde se produce la fusión entre ambos.

De esta manera, el vibrante techo de paneles espejados de la colección DecoMetal de Formica se contrapone al suelo de formas orgánicas realizado en revestimiento decorativo ecológico de Cement Design, compañía española líder en la fabricación, distribución e instalación de revestimientos continuos decorativos basados en cemento.

Son las paredes las que absorben el encuentro entre estos dos materiales todo ello enmarcado bajo la iluminación indirecta realizada con la última tecnología led de Tecsoled.

En la zona de dormitorio, nos recibe la espectacular cama vestida por textiles de Gordon Imports con cojines de seda salvaje y almohadas en lino blanco roto y terracota; y que cuenta con una base diseñada por Nayra Iglesias y fabricada en resinas VESSEL by Tattoo, material que hace posible conseguir el degradado que continúa con el juego bicolor del suelo.

Las mesillas de noche forman parte de la base y en ella se encuentran dos lámparas orgánicas de cristal  rosa de Vical Home.

El cabecero sirve de filtro entre las dos zonas de la suite. Es una pieza singular realizada por Panespol, empresa líder en recubrimientos decorativos, con un diseño de In Out Studio basado en la unión de tres pétalos y que está revestido con pintura terracota elaborada a partir de ladrillos triturados y arcilla. El aplique decorativo es un diseño customizado de Vical Home para In Out Studio.

Las zonas de trabajo y de lectura se han materializado en dos paneles curvos revestidos en árido cristal blanco realizados por Modifase.

En la zona de trabajo se ha creado una librería en madera y revestimientos metálicos de Formica en la que se disponen diversos elementos decorativos hechos con materiales naturales de  la marca Skala Scandinavia. Cierra el conjunto un taburete hecho a medida, diseño del estudio, construido con resinas y producido por Vessel by Tattoo.

El rincón de lectura es un pequeño espacio relajado de formas también orgánicas en el que se ha creado un punto en el que desconectar, compuesto por una butaca de líneas nórdicas con tapizado de Gordon Imports y producida por Tattoo. La iluminación de este espacio es tenue y tranquila realizada con una serie apliques de luz indirecta de la marca Vical Home, edición especial Le Sud Suite.

El área del baño se divide en dos zonas, a la derecha de la suite se encuentra el vestidor y a la izquierda la zona del lavabo, construidas ambas por Modifase utilizando paneles de diferentes texturas de la colección DecoMetal de Formica, acercando así el aspecto metálico del techo al suelo natural.

El elemento central del baño es una lavamanos de piedra natural modelo Piatta de Miapetra. Una pieza atemporal y elegante que marida a la perfección con la grifería y con los espejos elípticos customizados de  Azul blanco bagno, distribuidores de marcas internacionales como Remer Rubinetterie. Los singulares apliques en cobre y metal son diseño exclusivo de Nayra Iglesias.

Entre la zona de lavabo y el vestidor se sitúan dos cabinas, inodoro y ducha, con revestimiento metálico texturizado de Formica.

En la primera cabina de toques futuristas se dispone el inodoro bidé AquaClean Mera Comfort de Geberit por ser una solución perfecta para hoteles que aúna técnica y estética.

Por otro lado, el espacio de la ducha se resuelve con una pieza monolítica en mármol Marquina de la serie Kanale de Miapetra, en contraposición a los revestimientos metálicos de colores terracota.

Todos los accesorios y complementos de baño son de Azul blanco Bagno.

Como en todos los proyectos de In Out Studio, la iluminación juega un papel fundamental en la definición del concepto y en este caso, con el objetivo de mejorar la experiencia del cliente, se introduce la automatización de la mano de Niessen y Grupo Light Center.

Niessen empresa líder en su sector, es la encargada de incorporar los mecanismos eléctricos y paneles de domótica que gracias a la programación de Grupo Light Center darán lugar a la generación de diferentes ambientes en la suite, esenciales para garantizar confort y personalización para el cliente final.

Le SUD SUITE es, en definitiva, un concepto novedoso de suite de hotel diseñado con la mente en el futuro y los pies en la tierra.

[:en]The new concept of hotel suite LE SUD SUITE designed by Nayra Iglesias and her team has been chosen as the Best Contract Space at the international fair Marbella Design , that took place from September 24th to October 3rd.

An interior design, design, and high decoration fair that has been attended by more than 8000 visitors and that this year also had the attraction of being one of the few fairs that have taken place and that it was alongside ART MARBELLA, the art fair, in the «City of Artists», designed by Alfonso Castellón.

The jury that awarded the prize was made up of exceptional architects: Hugo Torrico, Carlos Lamas, Ismael Mérida, Miguel Tobal, Gustavo Gómez Huete and Juan Manuel Aragón.

Going back to the roots in a frame of contemporaneity is the interior design manifesto of a new and surprising suite concept designed by In Out Studio.

 LE SUD SUITE is born from a very personal reflection of Nayra Iglesias, director of the studio, about the current situation we are living in: «Mother Earth is warning us that we have to change the way we live and, consequently, we have to redirect the way we design».

This 20 m2 space is the combination of sustainability and modernity, a small but complete demonstration that there is another way of designing, of generating a dialogue between two worlds that seem to be opposed, such as ecology and technology.

A visual and formal language used to solve the comfort and luxury needs of a hotel suite and that has been created from the contraposition of materials with a terracotta colour base, closely linked to the African roots of the studio.

The materialization of this spectacular space is possible thanks to Tattoo, a contract company that has assumed in record time the installation, the logistics and the coordination of all the participating companies while the production and construction of all the carpentry of the space has been entirely developed by Modifase, an expert company in luxury contract furniture.

The entrance to the space is through two classic stone porticos that frame the suite from the outside. The material chosen to give shape to these unique elements is Cosentino‘s Dekton Laurent, which combines nature and modernity using the natural stone Port Laurent, of a singular color in the world due to its complexity and beauty.

The interior of the suite is divided into two distinct areas. The first space, oriented to rest, is headed by a spectacular bed and an organic headboard, in which there is also a reading corner and one for working. The second area concentrates the toilet and dressing room.

Claddings of different textures in natural colors, such as terracotta, compose the skins of this hotel room and turn it into a surprising space in which opposing materials speak the same language by overlapping them out as if they were a union of layers.

The first layer, the primitive one, is the continuous flooring in natural materials. While the second, the modern one, is the ceiling in metallic panels; being in the intermediate layer of vertical elements where the fusion between them takes place.

In this way, the vibrant mirrored panel ceiling of Formica Group‘s Hopamal Metal collection, which incorporates real metal sheets, is set against the organically shaped floor made of ecological decorative flooring by Cement Design, a Spanish company that is a leader in the manufacture, distribution and installation of continuous decorative coatings based on cement.

It is the walls that absorb the union between these two materials, all of which is framed by indirect lighting using the latest LED technology from Tecsoled.

In the bedroom area, we are recieved by the spectacular bed dressed by Gordon Imports textiles with wild terracotta silk cushions, and pillows in broken white linen and terracotta. The bed also has a base designed by Nayra Iglesias and manufactured in VESSEL resins by Tattoo, a material that makes it possible to create the gradient that continues with the bicolor play of the floor.

The bedside tables are part of the base and there are two crystal ball lamps by Vical Home.

The headboard serves as a filter between the two areas of the suite. It is a unique piece made by Panespol, a leading company in decorative cladding, with an In Out Studio design based on the union of 3 petals. It is covered with terracotta paint made from crushed bricks and clay. The decorative wall light is a custom design of Vical Home for In Out Studio.

The work and reading areas have been created in two curved panels covered in white glass aggregate, made by Modifase.

In the work area, a bookcase has been created in wood and metallic cladding, Copper Stratos from DecoMetal by Formica Group, in which there are several decorative elements made with natural materials from the brand Skala Scandinavia. The set is closed by a custom-made stool, designed by the studio, built with resins and produced by Vessel by Tattoo.

The reading corner is a small relaxed space with organic forms, where a point of disconnection has been created. It contains an armchair with Nordic lines and upholstery by Gordon Imports, produced by Tattoo. The lighting in this space is soft and calm, using a series of indirect light wall lights from Vical Home, special edition Le Sud Suite.

 

The bathroom area is divided into two zones, to the right of the suite is the dressing room and to the left the washbasin area, both built by Modifase using panels of different textures from Formica’s DecoMetal collection, bringing the metallic look of the ceiling closer to the natural floor.

The central element of the bathroom is a natural stone sink model Piatta by Miapetra. A timeless and elegant piece that pairs perfectly with the taps and custom elliptical mirrors of Azul blanco bagno, distributors of international brands such as Remer Rubinetterie. The unique copper and metal wall lights are an exclusive design of Nayra Iglesias.

Between the washbasin area and the dressing room there are two cabins, toilet and shower, with laminated cladding in a plain and textured metal design by Formica Group.

The first cabin with futuristic touches is equipped with the AquaClean Mera Comfort bidet toilet by Geberit as it is a perfect solution for hotels that combines technique and aesthetics.

On the other hand, the shower space is solved with a monolithic piece in Marquina marble from Miapetra‘s Kanale series, opposed to the metallic coverings in terracotta colors.

All the bathroom accessories and complements are of Azul Blanco Bagno.

As in all In Out Studio projects, lighting plays a fundamental role in the definition of the concept and in this case, with the aim of improving the customer experience, automation is introduced by Niessen and Grupo Light Center.

Niessen, a leading company in its sector, is in charge of integrating the electrical mechanisms and home automation panels that, thanks to the programming of Grupo Light Center, will allow the creation of different environments in the suite, essential to guarantee comfort and personalization for the final client.

 Le SUD SUITE is, in summary, a new concept of hotel suite designed with the mind in the future and the feet on the ground.
